Howdy! Here's a bit about me...

Hi everyone!  Just thought I should put a little intro on here so you know who I am and what I am doing.

My name is Andrea and I am a knitter, crocheter, and occasional basket maker.  Some of you may already know me as @knitnoosa on Instagram!

After selling the business my partner, Scott and I had run for the last 17 years, in February 2023, I was looking for something to do which correlated with my hobbies (our previous business was a motorcycle shop, guess which of us was more interested in motorcycles...).  So I decided on a craft supplies business!

Hunting around, I decided on HiyaHiya for their lovely lovely notions and beautiful needles and hooks, so that is where we started!   My first order arrived Friday and I released it on the website on Sunday.

I am not looking to hold yarn for many reasons, 1 - there are so many beautiful independent dyers out there in Australia and they deserve all of our full support; 2 - I cannot control myself when it comes to yarn and my stash is big enough, and finally 3 - you can and should use any yarn within your budget and tastes.

I hope you find something you like here and if there is something you come across you think I should stock, please let me know!
