Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way!  When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries, and you can choose between Standard and Express.  All our shipping is tracked, so it will be a little dearer but you will always know where your order is.

From the 31st May 2026, Australia Post require mandatory capture of the recipient's Australian mobile number and/or email address – for all domestic shipments via eParcel and MyPost Business – supports the transfer of street addressed parcels to parcel lockers (if no one is home when delivery is attempted).   We will not be able to complete an order and print labels for most Australia Post parcels products – including Parcel Post, Express Post – unless you provide an accurate recipient email address and/or Australian mobile number for every parcel.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@onehooktwoneedles.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
